The service also stores attendance records, QR code check-ins, schedules, free days, reports, notification settings, and related operational data entered by administrators, managers, and workers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide Mevlonet, authenticate users, display dashboards and reports, send service notifications, support account verification, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card details on our servers. Paddle may collect and process billing details, tax information, payment method details, invoices, and transaction records according to Paddle's own terms and privacy practices.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Mevlonet may use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security, timezone handling, app installation behavior, and worker checkout reminders.

5. Sharing

We do not sell customer data. We may share data with service providers only as needed to run Mevlonet, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, analytics, error logging, or payment processing.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and attendance data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Administrators can delete or clear certain company records from inside the app.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords and limit account access to trusted users.
