1. Service

Mevlonet is a software-as-a-service platform for attendance tracking, QR check-ins, schedules, reports, and workforce notifications. By creating an account or using Mevlonet, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must only add workers or company data that you are allowed to manage.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment details, taxes, billing information, and invoice details. Plan limits, features, and pricing are shown on the pricing page and inside the Plan section of the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Mevlonet for unlawful activity, unauthorized monitoring, abusive behavior, attempts to disrupt the service, or attempts to access data that does not belong to you.

5. Customer Data

You own the business and attendance data you enter into Mevlonet. We use that data to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

6. Availability

We work to keep Mevlonet reliable, but no online service can be guaranteed to be available at all times. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, or urgent fixes may affect access.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or billing processes change. Continued use of Mevlonet after an update means you accept the updated terms.
