Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Mevlonet is a digital subscription service. Because paid plans provide immediate access to software features and capacity, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.

2. When Refunds May Be Approved

We want customers to be treated fairly. We may approve a refund or account credit when the issue is caused by our side, including:

  • A confirmed billing mistake, duplicate charge, or incorrect plan charge.
  • A coding error in the Plan section that upgrades, charges, or limits an account incorrectly.
  • A service crash, serious glitch, or outage caused by Mevlonet that prevents meaningful use of paid features for a significant part of the billing period.
  • A legal requirement that gives the customer a refund right.

3. When Refunds Are Usually Not Approved

Refunds are usually not provided for unused time, forgetting to cancel, choosing the wrong plan without contacting us, no longer needing the service, or issues caused by customer devices, internet connection, browser settings, or third-party systems outside our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at shkups51@gmail.com with your account email, company name, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the account and billing records.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer's bank.

6. Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless one of the refund reasons above applies.
